Thedetails of the case were published in the Lauderdale County, AlabamaNATCHEZ TRACE TRAVELER Vol. 12, No. 4, Nov 1992. In that case, WilliamMayfield, Archibald Moore and his wife Elizabeth unsuccessfully petitionthe Honorable Reuben Saffold to make Brice, Larkin, and Isaac Jr. give upsome of the property from the intestate estate of Isaac Sr. The followingstatement is included in the pleading:
